Public Release Checklist

• Start from this clean directory, not the private repository history.
• Confirm no private units or internal notes are present.
• Run a secret scanner against files and Git history.
• Run make test.
• Confirm the copyright owner and license choice.
• Add only public screenshots, logos, and assets.
• Tag the release, for example v0.1.0-alpha.
